Our Story
Our Sicilian grandfather, Frank DiMisa, served Italian delicacies in NYC including house-made sausage, which our family occasionally recreates and serves. Extra cheese and parsley just the way he loved it. We call it “Frank & Sons Sausage” as several of our creations credit our family members working passionately to preserve old and authentic flavors.
